As with our live music artists, DG Music has gone out of its way to source the best DJs and discos available in the Rutland area. Rutland Discos and DJs is a team of DG Music DJ’s. Headed by a team of professional engineers, with over 35 years of DJ experience between them, which means they know what songs to play…. and when to play them.  Plus our team are all well-versed in tasteful lighting to create the right atmosphere for your party.

Smart & contemporary appearance

Our DJs use state of the art equipment providing high quality audio reproduction and contemporary lighting effects. Smoke machines and laser effects can also be incorporated if required. Above all, the setups are tasteful. Of course, all of our DJs dress suitably smartly, and most importantly play the music you want to hear at the volume you would like to hear it!

Song requests

All of our DJs will happily play your choice of songs for the evening. Playlists can be submitted in advance with a specific list of songs or just a general steer on the sort of music you would like. Our DJs are committed to ensuring you hear the music you want.

Working with bands

Many of our customers book a DJ to work alongside a band that they have booked with us. The benefit here, is that we can provide DJs that are used to working with DG Music artists and other bands, thus avoiding any unnecessary issues over space/power or song duplication.

Public liability & PAT certificates

Most venues now require any 3rd party entertainment artists to supply certificates of Public Liability Insurance (from £1 – £5 million) and PAT tested equipment. All DG Music DJs carry such certificates. Copies available on request.
