What time will the band arrive, and how long do they play for?

When planning your schedule, it’s important to get an overview of what your function band offers in terms of arrival time and performance times.

Most bands offer an all-inclusive package based on a 5:30/6pm arrival time and midnight finish. This generally includes two hours of live music split into 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute sets to suit your schedule.

To keep the party atmosphere flowing, all of our function bands in Birmingham provide playlists throughout the evening to keep guests dancing. Prefer something a little more interactive? Many of our bands offer a DJ service from one of the band members, enabling them to take requests and play to the crowd on the night.

Can the band learn a song request?

Absolutely! Most bands include one song request in their quote, so if you have a special song in mind, just let our team know, and we’ll run it past the band. This is often the first dance song, but it can also be the father and daughter song or the last song of the evening.
