How much does it cost to hire a band in Surrey?

We offer professional musicians and bands in every price bracket. From acoustic duos and trios to big bands, you’ll be sure to find an act to suit your budget.

The artist fees on our website are a useful guide, but please bear in mind that numerous factors can affect the final quote. For example, travel expenses, additional time on site, and accommodation costs may increase the fee.

What does the fee include?

Every cover band offers their own unique package, but as a general rule, we include the following in every quote:

• Arrival from 5:30pm – 6pm
• 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute live band sets
• Sound system (PA/speakers) and stage lighting
• Playlists between sets / until midnight
• Travel expense

Absolutely! Whether you’re planning a beer festival, outdoor wedding, or garden party, our local cover bands are usually happy to perform outside. You’ll just need to ensure there’s a suitable power supply, a dry, hard floor and some form of cover to protect the band’s equipment from potential rain.

How do I book a band for my event?

Found a band you like the look of? Great! Just drop us an enquiry through the band’s provide page, and we’ll come back to you with a bespoke quote based on your event date and location. If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll put together a contract to secure the booking. We’ll then advise on the next steps and answer any queries you may have.
